With HR, I built AI functionality into the internal employee-discount portal. I led it and designed the functionality as the business analyst. The AI picks the most relevant discounts for each employee’s weekly email. It’s in pilot, with a company-wide audience.

Polish bank platform

I built the endpoints.

Built REST API endpoints for a Polish bank’s web and mobile platform. Delivered a 12-week scope in 8 weeks.

Call-centre automation

Role

I automated the workflows.

Automated the main call-centre workflows with a conversational bot. It enabled a roughly 50% cut in staffing requirements.

Reporting and route data

I automated the reporting and normalised the GPS data.

Automated daily sales reporting. Normalised GPS data for route optimisation; the lower fuel use contributed to a 23% reduction in operating costs.

Designed a metrics database for chemical-emissions data supporting sustainability objectives.

Coordinated a 15-person cross-functional team, setting priorities, workflows and delivery responsibilities. I was the main contact between clients and delivery teams, turning requirements into tasks. I managed website-development and digital-content projects end to end, and interviewed and onboarded hires.
