I speak at webinars and events as an expert on AI adoption, AI in the software development lifecycle and broader AI topics.
Most AI adoption stalls at the pilot. What moves it is an intake standard and a stage gate, not a better model. I built both — one template covering purpose, assumptions, risks and business value, and one path from idea to pilot to production.
AI in the SDLC is not one tool per team. Where I work it was initiatives running separately in six IT functions — delivery, architecture, business analysis, QA, development, DevOps — and now it is one tracked portfolio. Five initiatives are live, from AI-assisted requirements analysis to AIOps anomaly detection.
An agent is only as useful as the tools it can reach. I connected AI agents to enterprise tools such as Jira and Confluence through MCP servers.
